This policy describes the information MFE Cloud may process to provide account access, subscriptions, exchange connectivity, automated trading controls, security, support, and audit functions.
Information we may process
This may include account identity and contact information, subscription status, configured capital allocation, encrypted exchange API credentials, exchange/account connection status, trading and execution records, security logs, device/browser information, and support communications.
Exchange API credentials
API credentials are used to connect the service to supported exchanges. The production system is intended to store secrets in encrypted form and restrict their use to authorized service processes. Customers must not provide withdrawal-enabled API credentials.
How information is used
Information may be used to authenticate users, operate requested trading functionality, reconcile exchange activity, enforce risk controls, maintain audit/security records, provide support, administer subscriptions, investigate incidents, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing
Personal information is not intended to be sold. Information may be processed by infrastructure, payment, security, communications, or other service providers where necessary to operate MFE Cloud, and may be disclosed when legally required. A final policy will identify material provider categories and legally required details before launch.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only for legitimate operational, security, contractual, and legal purposes. No online system can guarantee absolute security; production deployment will use access controls, encryption, logging, backups, and other safeguards appropriate to the service.
Your choices
Subject to applicable law, users may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Final request procedures and legally required contact details will be published before commercial launch.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the product, infrastructure, providers, or applicable law changes.
